Hello there,

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and a relaxing holiday season.

I love this time of year between Christmas and New Year, where everyone seems to take a big sigh after the Christmas festivities and life seems to slow down to normal pace again. In our house, we have completely lost track of what day f the week it is and are just letting our days unfold without any planning, which is an enjoyable novelty.

The number one offering for guests dropping into our place at this time of year are my Turmeric Chai Bliss Balls. I love these little morsels, not only are they delicious and packed with all the health benefits from the Turmeric, they are also super quick to make and don’t require a food processor.

You may remember a previous article I wrote about the wonderful health benefits of Turmeric (you can read more about that here). Turmeric contains an active ingredient called curcumin, which is the magic ingredient that is responsible for its anti-inflammatory benefits and high antioxidant properties.

If you are looking to increase your turmeric intake you can use fresh or dry turmeric. I would also highly recommend Turmeric Plus, which maximises the bioavailability of curcumin and comes in a pleasant-tasting liquid.
