Up to five hours of personalised coaching and transformational work with Simone, drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), reflective inquiry, and embodied practices to uncover what is truly holding you back and reconnect you with your deeper clarity.

Tea Ceremony & Space to Integrate

A simple tea ceremony and moments of reflection woven throughout the day, creating space to slow down, listen inwardly, and allow deeper insight to emerge.

A One-Hour Practitioner Experience

A restorative bodywork or healing session with a local practitioner to support integration and help release tension held in the body.

Lunch in a Beautiful Setting

A relaxed lunch and time to integrate in the peaceful surroundings of Waiheke Island.

Post-Day Integration Session

A 75-minute follow-up session to support integration and help you move forward with clarity and momentum.

Transfers to and from the Ferry - ferry tickets are not included.
