Why I created this course...
I was inspired to create this course after dedicating more than 20 years of my life to understanding the mind, working with hundreds of clients and speaking about mental wellbeing at workshops and seminars.
Many of these rituals I have learned from success experts, inspiring thought leaders and through scientific research on the mind and our wellbeing.
These are tools that I have successfully applied within my coaching practice as well as personally to navigate my own path to calm, clarity and joy.
