YOUR DAY 1 CHALLENGE

  • Write out your 'why' statement for the behaviour change you want to create and make it visible.
  • Take atleast one positive behavior you know you need to do and START doing it before our next call.
  • Write a letter from your future self to you current self and tell him/her what you have achieved through your positive behaviours and actions.

  • Schedule into your calendar a behaviour you are going to commit on a regular basis that could create a 1% change.
