YOUR DAY 1 CHALLENGE
- Write out your 'why' statement for the behaviour change you want to create and make it visible.
- Take atleast one positive behavior you know you need to do and START doing it before our next call.
- Write a letter from your future self to you current self and tell him/her what you have achieved through your positive behaviours and actions.

YOUR DAY 2 CHALLENGE
- Write out all your actions and behaviours and complete the Time Matrix Worksheet.
- Schedule into your calendar a behaviour you are going to commit on a regular basis that could create a 1% change.

YOUR DAY 3 CHALLENGE
- Set aside some quiet time for yourself and complete the journal questions.
- Write down your description of your Ideal Alter Ego (your future identity).

- Complete the Personal Pride Worksheet
- At the end of the day write down your list of micro achievements, the things you do but never recognise as achievements.
